Delete your Gerfera account

You can request deletion of your Gerfera account and its associated personal data at any time.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open the Gerfera app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete my account.
3. Confirm. Your gym door access stops immediately.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered address at privacy@gerfera.org (or support@gerfera.org) with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify your identity and complete the deletion on your behalf.

What happens to your data

You have a 30-day grace period: log in again within 30 days to cancel the deletion. After 30 days your identifying data — name, email, phone, national ID, profile photo, and face template — is permanently erased. Tax invoices are retained for the period required by Saudi law (ZATCA — currently six years) and are no longer linked to your identity after erasure.

يمكنك طلب حذف حساب جيرفيرا الخاص بك والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به في أي وقت.

الحذف من داخل التطبيق

1. افتح تطبيق جيرفيرا وسجّل الدخول.
2. اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ← حذف حسابي.
3. أكّد الطلب. يتوقف دخولك لباب النادي فوراً.

طلب الحذف بدون التطبيق

إذا تعذّر عليك الوصول إلى التطبيق، راسلنا من بريدك المسجَّل على privacy@gerfera.org (أو support@gerfera.org) بعنوان «طلب حذف الحساب». نتحقق من هويتك ثم ننفّذ الحذف نيابةً عنك.

ماذا يحدث لبياناتك

لديك مهلة 30 يوماً: سجّل الدخول مرة أخرى خلال 30 يوماً لإلغاء الحذف. بعد 30 يوماً تُمحى بياناتك التعريفية — الاسم، البريد، الجوال، الهوية الوطنية، صورة الملف الشخصي، وقالب الوجه — نهائياً. تُحفظ الفواتير الضريبية للمدة التي يفرضها النظام السعودي (هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك — حالياً ست سنوات) دون ارتباطها بهويتك بعد المحو.
