Last updated: 9 July 2026. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Gerfera gym membership platform and facilities. By using Gerfera, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating or maintaining your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not use Gerfera for any unlawful purpose, and you must not use it in any way that infringes upon the rights of others or restricts or inhibits their use and enjoyment of Gerfera. One account per person is permitted. You may not create multiple accounts or allow others to use your account. If we detect fraudulent or duplicate accounts associated with you, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership immediately.
All class bookings and facility reservation requests are subject to approval by Gerfera staff. When you submit a booking or access request through the app, it is marked as "pending" and requires staff authorization. Gerfera staff will review and approve pending requests based on facility availability, your membership status, and other operational considerations. Approval is not guaranteed, and Gerfera reserves the right to decline requests at its sole discretion. Notifications regarding approval or denial of your requests will be sent to the email address and phone number on file. Once approved, bookings are confirmed and you are expected to arrive on time.
You agree to use Gerfera facilities only for their intended purpose: fitness, training, and wellness activities. You must comply with all facility rules, including appropriate dress code, hygiene standards, and equipment safety protocols. You must not engage in aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior toward staff, members, or guests. You are prohibited from removing, damaging, or misusing equipment or facility infrastructure. You must not photograph, record, or stream members or staff without explicit written consent from Gerfera. Prohibited activities include carrying weapons, consuming alcohol or illegal substances on premises, and commercial activity without authorization. Violation of facility rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your membership.
Your membership subscription is managed entirely at the Gerfera reception desk. Renewal, modification of plans, and payment handling are the responsibility of the reception team. You must maintain valid payment details on file. Your membership will renew according to your selected plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual), and payment will be collected by the reception desk at renewal dates. It is your responsibility to ensure payment methods are current and valid. If payment fails, your account may be suspended. You must renew your membership in person at the reception desk before your current membership expires to maintain uninterrupted access. Gerfera reserves the right to modify subscription rates or plans with 30 days' notice.
You may terminate your membership at any time by notifying Gerfera reception in writing or through the app's Delete Account function. Upon termination, your access to facilities and the mobile app will be immediately revoked. If you terminate your account voluntarily, no refund of membership fees will be issued; however, you may be eligible for pro-rated credit toward future membership depending on your membership agreement. Gerfera may also terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in unauthorized or unlawful conduct, or fail to maintain valid payment methods. Upon termination initiated by Gerfera, you forfeit all membership privileges and any fees paid are non-refundable.
Gerfera operates the facilities and platform on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gerfera disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Gerfera is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss suffered while using the facilities or platform, including but not limited to equipment-related injuries, accidents, or incidents caused by other members or staff negligence, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your use of the facilities and app is entirely at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for your health and physical fitness. We recommend consulting a physician before beginning any fitness program. Gerfera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or facilities.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

يجب أن تقدم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة وحالية عند إنشاء أو الحفاظ على حسابك. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات اعتماد تسجيل دخولك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تحدث تحت حسابك. لا يجوز لك استخدام جيرفيرا لأي غرض غير قانوني، ولا يجوز لك استخدامها بطريقة تنتهك حقوق الآخرين أو تقيد أو تعيق استخدامهم والاستمتاع بجيرفيرا. يُسمح بحساب واحد فقط لكل شخص. لا يجوز لك إنشاء حسابات متعددة أو السماح للآخرين باستخدام حسابك. إذا اكتشفنا حسابات احتيالية أو مكررة مرتبطة بك، فإننا نحتفظ بالحق في إيقاف أو إنهاء عضويتك فوراً.
جميع حجوزات الحصص وطلبات حجز المرافق تخضع لموافقة موظفي جيرفيرا. عند تقديمك حجز أو طلب وصول من خلال التطبيق، يتم وضع علامة عليه على أنه "معلق" ويتطلب تصريح موظفي جيرفيرا. سيقوم موظفو جيرفيرا بمراجعة والموافقة على الطلبات المعلقة بناءً على توفر المرافق وحالة عضويتك والاعتبارات التشغيلية الأخرى. الموافقة غير مضمونة، وتحتفظ جيرفيرا بالحق في رفض الطلبات وفقاً لتقديرها الوحيد. سيتم إرسال إشعارات بخصوص الموافقة أو الرفض على عنوان البريد الإلكتروني ورقم الجوال المسجل لديك. بعد الموافقة، يتم تأكيد الحجوزات وتتوقع منك الوصول في الوقت المحدد.
توافق على استخدام مرافق جيرفيرا فقط للغرض المقصود منها: أنشطة اللياقة البدنية والتدريب والعافية. يجب أن تمتثل لجميع قواعد المرافق، بما في ذلك الزي المناسب ومعايير النظافة وبروتوكولات سلامة المعدات. يجب أن لا تنخرط في سلوك عدواني أو مسيء أو مزعج تجاه الموظفين أو الأعضاء أو الضيوف. يحظر عليك إزالة أو إتلاف أو إساءة استخدام المعدات أو البنية التحتية للمرافق. يجب أن لا تصور أو تسجل أو تبث الأعضاء أو الموظفين بدون موافقة كتابية صريحة من جيرفيرا. الأنشطة المحظورة تشمل حمل الأسلحة واستهلاك الكحول أو المواد غير القانونية في الموقع والنشاط التجاري بدون تصريح. قد يؤدي انتهاك قواعد المرافق إلى إيقاف فوري أو إنهاء دائم لعضويتك.
اشتراك عضويتك يتم إدارته بالكامل في مكتب استقبال جيرفيرا. التجديد وتعديل الخطط وبواسطة معالجة الدفع هي مسؤولية فريق الاستقبال. يجب أن تحتفظ ببيانات دفع صحيحة في الملف. سيتم تجديد عضويتك وفقاً لخطتك المختارة (شهري أو ربع سنوي أو سنوي)، وسيتم جمع الدفع من قبل فريق الاستقبال في تواريخ التجديد. من مسؤوليتك التأكد من أن طرق الدفع محدثة وصحيحة. إذا فشل الدفع، قد يتم إيقاف حسابك. يجب عليك تجديد عضويتك شخصياً في مكتب الاستقبال قبل انتهاء عضويتك الحالية للحفاظ على وصول غير متقطع. تحتفظ جيرفيرا بالحق في تعديل معدلات الاشتراك أو الخطط مع إشعار لمدة 30 يوماً.
يمكنك إنهاء عضويتك في أي وقت بإخطار جيرفيرا الاستقبال كتابياً أو من خلال وظيفة حذف الحساب في التطبيق. عند الإنهاء، سيتم إلغاء وصولك الفوري إلى المرافق والتطبيق الجوال. إذا أنهيت حسابك طواعية، لن يتم استرجاع رسوم العضوية؛ ومع ذلك، قد تكون مؤهلاً لائتمان مدة زمنية نحو عضوية مستقبلية حسب اتفاقية عضويتك. قد تنهي جيرفيرا حسابك أيضاً إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط أو انخرطت في سلوك غير مصرح أو غير قانوني أو فشلت في الحفاظ على طرق دفع صحيحة. عند إنهاء الحساب من قبل جيرفيرا، تفقد جميع امتيازات العضوية وأي رسوم مدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
تعمل جيرفيرا المرافق والمنصة على أساس "كما هي". في أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، تخلي جيرفيرا عن جميع الضمانات، سواء كانت صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك ضمانات الملاءمة لغرض معين. جيرفيرا ليست مسؤولة عن أي إصابة شخصية أو ضرر الممتلكات أو الخسارة التي تكبدها أثناء استخدام المرافق أو المنصة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الإصابات ذات الصلة بالمعدات أو الحوادث أو الحوادث التي تسببها إهمال أعضاء أخرين أو الموظفين، إلا حيث لا يمكن استبعاد أو تحديد هذه المسؤولية بموجب القانون الواجب التطبيق. استخدامك للمرافق والتطبيق هو بالكامل على مسؤوليتك الخاصة. تتحمل مسؤولية كاملة عن صحتك ولياقتك البدنية. نوصي باستشارة الطبيب قبل بدء أي برنامج لياقة بدنية. لن تكون جيرفيرا مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية تنشأ من استخدامك أو عدم قدرتك على استخدام المنصة أو المرافق.
تخضع شروط الخدمة هذه وتفسر وفقاً لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، بغض النظر عن مبادئ تضارب القوانين فيها. توافق على أن أي إجراء قانوني أو دعوى قضائية ناشئة عن أو متعلقة بهذه الشروط تخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم الموجودة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
